A few years ago I created an Instagram account called “ScottsShots” for my photography. I no longer use Instagram but wanted to carry the concept over to my Substack and use it for my photography and screenshots that I keep from social media that inspire me, make me laugh, make me think, etc., and pass it along to you. I hope that these help you along this walk-way of life.
Pastor James and I go way back to 2001 doing youth ministry together. I took this screenshot while I was still on Facebook. I love this because it’s true.
Everyone loves John 3:16 but absolutely disregards the rest of John’s gospel especially John 6:44, 65.
I took this photo of the eclipse back in April. That was pretty awesome to be able to witness and photograph it. We only had 80% coverage where I live. This was taken as the moon was getting into that 80% position
I don’t know about you but my 1911 is a diva.
How are you at forgiveness? God humbled me with 1st John 4:19-20 and I know believers today struggle with forgiving others. I hope this helps someone today.
Have a blessed day,
Scott
If you bring up John 6:44 you can't ignore John 12:32.
Alistair Begg has been very helpful to me. His message "The Man on the Middle Cross" is a powerful illustration.
I love to photograph anything in the sky.
My favorite gospel is John.
